Please note that the latest time to check in is 19:00. Guests arriving after this time will not be able to access the property. On a Sunday, if you plan on arriving after 12:00, please arrange this with the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
You must show a valid photo ID upon check-in as well as a credit card with the name of one of the guests saying at the property.
Please note that your credit card details for a damage deposit will be requested upon arrival. These details may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay.
For stays shorter than 7 nights, housekeeping is not included in the price.
For stays longer than 7 nights, housekeeping is done once a week.
Extra housekeeping is available at an extra cost.
City tax can only be paid by cash.
Please note that it is not possible to park bikes or other 2 wheel vehicles in the property.
Please note that there is a luggage drop-off spot in front of the property. Guests can either choose to reserve in advance and pay EUR 15 per night for parking in a car park located just 300 metres away or to use the public car park located outside the city walls. A shuttle is available and will drop you off at Place des Carmes right in front of the property.
Please note that a copy of the photo ID of the owner of the credit card used for payment will be requested after reservation. If the property does not receive this copy within 12 hours of requesting it, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

前跆拳道國手徐姓女子涉嫌對外誆稱經營水產進口批發生意，遊說34人投資並宣稱可獲5%至10%的高額紅利，藉此吸金高達新台幣19億元，基隆地檢署日前偵結，依詐欺、違反銀行法罪嫌起訴徐女。
檢方調查，徐女自103年起，涉嫌以投資進口水產，需要資金周轉名義，遊說被害人投資7至15天期限的「臨時單」或1個月以上的「固定單」，並稱每月可領取5%至10%不等利潤。
起先，徐女向林姓友人商借支票，正常支付紅利，待支票期限快到時，再要求被害人繼續投資，或拿一張額度較大、期限較長的支票，以「換票」方式拖延交付帳款，也延長被害人發現並報案的時間。
徐女最後因無力支付帳款，今年3、4月間陸續跳票，被害人才發覺受騙報警，而在被查獲之前，已有34人受害，非法吸金金額逾新台幣19億元。
年約40歲的徐女畢業於國立體育大學，曾於1998年參加在墨西哥舉行的第5屆世界大學跆拳道錦標賽，並奪下女子組銅牌。
在世大運期間，有不少外國選手紛紛來到台灣參加比賽，而選手們在場上的表現備受關注之外，來自各國的「正妹選手」也成了網友們矚目的焦點，不少外國選手可說是國內外旅遊美貌與實力兼備，令人印象深刻。根據「DailyView 網路溫度計」彙整出了五位外型亮麗的正妹選手如下：
